It was photographed by the famous Charles Eisenmann. Brustad was heavily promoted by the landmark showman P. He was billed at being over eight foot tall, but was probably seven and a half. Brustad died at the young age of 45. Some attribute his death to Acromegaly, while others claim the more likely cause to have been a heart attack. This happens to be one of the nicest examples of this photo we have seen. In contrast to this very fine photo, many others are much faded or badly damaged. The photo is in very good vintage condition with only some normal expected age wear. A highly collectible historic photo. It measures approximately 2 ½ x 4 inches!
