





Rare PT Barnum Sideshow CDV – Waino & Plutanor “Wild Men of Borneo” – Victorian Circus Ephemera – W. Barnum in the mid-to-late 1800s, these brothers were two of Barnum’s most popular attractions – billed as feral men with superhuman strength, they captivated crowds and fueled the Victorian era’s obsession with sideshow curiosities. This original CDV measures approximately 2.5″ x 4″, the standard size for the format. The image shows Waino and Plutanor in costume, posed in a classic studio portrait used for promotional and souvenir purposes at Barnum’s museums and traveling shows. The photograph is in excellent antique condition, with minimal wear, crisp detail, and good tone for its age.
