Pagliacci Pantomime Sad Clowns By Ferrand Oil Painting 20″x24″ w Condition Issue. Please see photos 7-10 as I highlight condition issues. Photos 7/8 looks as if pressure was applied to the painted, I’m unsure if it’s actually torn in those areas or if the paint had just lifted from the canvas. Photos 9/10 are some areas where paint has chipped from the canvas all corners have similar conditions.
Very hard to find print. Small bouncing elephants on red polka dot marbles. See photos – I have not attempted to soak. Some feedsack holes from top being opened. 34 x 41 approximate, if opened. You really might not see this one again.
Great original piece in good condition. The sign is hand painted and came from a western restaurant. It does have a few chips that can be seen in the photos but a great display for a western scene.

Rare antique’Woman in Coffin’ themed fairground shooting game target. Probably English or French. An early 20th century fairground shooting gallery target in the form of a coffin. The steel backplate with red circular target over double door coffin revealing a spring loaded painted wooden female figure. Press the red target and the female figure springs up through the coffin doors. Very unusual and characterful vintage fairground / funfair style piece. The gothic themed coffin is very detailed, realistic and solidly made. Whilst the female figure is primitively carved and painted, in a slightly vintage showgirl style. The coffin is structurally very strong and sturdy. Some small internal elements may be missing, but the sprung target still works smoothly to release the figure through the coffin doors. Signs of age and wear to the outside of the coffin. Paint loss and wear to the carved figure appropriate to age. Impressive sculptural piece as a gothic cabinet of curiosities display or vintage circus funfair decorative object. L: 59 cm / H: 46 cm / W: 26 cm.
