The moniker is due to his completely twisted and miniature sizes legs. Mann was far more grotesque looking than the better known Eli Bowen. Most unusual is that his home address appears on the border. Out of thousands of Sideshow photos and pitch-cards, we have NEVER seen a performer’s home address publicized. This is a great find! Photo is in very good vintage condition with common minor edge wear on the border corners. Approximately 4 ¼ x 6 ½ inches.
