ORIGINAL FOLK ART WOODEN HORSE WITH MARBLES FOR EYES. HORSE ITSELF MEASURES APPROX: 40″ LONG X 8FT TALL FROM GROUND TO TOP OF POLE AND BASE IS APPROX: 18″ X 18 WIDE. HAS ONE FOOT REST ON THE ONE SIDE BUT THE OTHER IS MISSING. LEATHER HOLDING THE BRASS FOOT REST SHOWS WEAR AND TARE AND BRITTLE. HORSE HAS A FRONT AND BACK LEG THAT IS BROKEN AND SHOWS DAMAGE. THE POLE AND HORSE CAN COME OUT OF THE BASE IF LIFTED UP. BASE IS WOOD WITH WRITING ON THE SIDES. HAS LOTS OF WOOD CHIPS, STAINS, MARKS, PAINT LOSS, RUST, PATINA FROM AGE AND USE. Quirky unusual fun Antique Vintage Painted Fairground Funfair Circus ride Sign

Super quirky original hand painted Funfair ride Sign. Painted onto mdf so would have been undercover somewhere on one of the stalls. Great colour and content, wear and marks as you might expect for this type of item. Length is shown in the photos. I other fairground signs available if you are interested and can also get you bespoke showman painted signs done to whatever you want if you have an idea in mind. Welcome to House of Heritage. Description: Original and decorative fairground horse ride dating from circa 1950s. The horse came from a decommissioned ride and has some lovely folk artwork, metal handle and padded seat, it would make fantastic decor in the home, a real collectors items. Dimensions : The horse is 108 cm in height by 18 cm in width by 107 cm in length. Condition: In good condition considering age, some loss of paint, marks and surface scratches to the piece, one of the metal feet is missing, some staining to seat, slightly warped. The horse does lean towards one side.

The Donkey came from a decommissioned ride and has some lovely original artwork, metal handle and worn velvet padded seat, it would make fantastic decor in the home, a real collectors items. Dimensions : The Donkey is 95 cm in height by 25 cm in width by 108 cm in length. Condition: In good condition considering age, some loss of paint, marks and surface scratches to the piece, the seat is very worn with loss and holes to the fabric, quite a lot of woodworm which has been treated. The ride does lean around 20 degrees towards one side.

Antique Childrens Fairground Ride Chairs, Heavy Iron

These chairs have heavy cast iron bases and frames with wooden seats and backrests. They are all slightly different but approximately 59 cm tall. They have multiple old paint layers and are currently an eyecatching custard yellow colour. Price is for one chair, please examine all the photos.
