Vintage Handmade Clown Costume Polkadots Circus Red White See Measurements. Overall good vintage condition. Last 2 photos show a couple small marks near top of zipper & also stitching on one pocket is coming open slightly but could easily be repaired. See photos for sizing. I would think this would be for a child or small adult. I’m 5’3 and the bottom of the leg hits mid-calf on me when holding it up against me, but if wearing tall clown shoes or boots it might work for a smaller adult.
