This 8 tall wooden clown was probably made before 1920 and was part of the Humpty Dumpty Circus collection. The large wooden shoes and classic clamshell hands made these dolls unique. The original clothing on the doll is in excellent condition. There is white paint loss evident on the face, and the clown’s small ears are missing. The facial features on the face remain clear. This is a great clown to have in any collection, and one can have some fun if it is desired to touch up the missing white paint on the face. This item has been priced right.
