Vintage Ideal musical plush toy. Circus clown bear with rubber face. Plays “Rock A Bye Baby”. Condition: it shows wear consistent with age and use; there is some light discoloration; it’s missing its waist ruffle; the stand is loose so it wobbles and the musical/spinning mechanism doesn’t work correctly (see video); the stand base has some edge wear/paint loss; the nut holding the stand to the base has been glued.
