SET OF ANTIQUE ROYAL CIRCUS CAGE WAGON AND VINTAGE STEIFF GIRAFFE AND 2 OTHER GIRAFFES. ASK FOR MORE CLOSE-UP PHOTOS. This wonderful old Set consists of a 14 inch wood and metal Royal Circus Cage Wagon with a Vintage STEIFF Giraffe plus 2 other wonderful Vintage Giraffes. The wagon is in played with but good condition for its age (see close-up photos). Vintage Circus Wagon 14 x 14 inches, wood frame in good Vintage condition apart from worn paint (see close-up photos) along the blue wooden parts of the wagon and faded Royal Circus sign, wear on the metal wagon wheels and bars. It has not been restored by us and is in the Original condition it was in, as displayed in the Museum. See all the big, close-up photographs for condition details. Metal wheels are cast iron and still work, metal bars on wagon. The pull handle is approx. 3 Vintage Giraffes are inside the Circus Wagon: 1st giraffe is a STEIFF. Size tail to head 11 x 10 inches. 2nd giraffe tail to head 9 inches by 7 high. 3rd giraffe rear to head 12 x 8 inches. A few scuff marks on body. Wooden circus wagon with Metal handle. Size 14 inches x 14 inches. Wood, with metal bars, working metal wheels. Wear consistent with age including paint loss on wood and on cast iron wheels. See all the big, close-up photos. Comes with metal pull-handle. In 1994 the Tetbury Teddy Bear Museum in the Cotswolds, England, closed and John McBride bought many of the wonderful teddy bears and props. Vintage LARGE 22 STEIFF Circus Laying down Tiger Mohair Glass Eye Button & Tag

Antique Steiff circus tiger circa 1850’s I think. It has all its labels, tags and ear button. Just the tag has a crease but its still intact. The tiger itself is in very good condition. He measures about 22-23 from paw to the tip of his tail. Im listing a small collection of early stuffed animals this week. All have been in the same collection for over 30 years. See some comments from my customers! He has black glass eyes, an black embroidered nose, mouth, and claws, and wool paw pads. He comes dressed in his red, white, and blue striped top with a red and white ruffled collar and matching tall clown hat with multi-colored pom poms. He is still sealed in his original plastic bag! He comes from a Limited Edition exclusive to the USA of only 5,000 Clowns which were produced only in 1987. Attached to his chest is the yellow and red Steiff round paper tag with the serial number “1970” hand written on it. I believe he is the Circus Clown Train Driver. He has his metal Steiff ear button and a white cloth tag that states, “Steiff KNOPF IM OHR, 0163/20″ and on the back, Made in Germany, COLL. Attached to his clown outfit is a paper tag that states “Fur immer Dein” (Yours Forever) paper tag in multiple languages. This Steiff Clown teddy bear shows no wear at all. He has never been played with or displayed. He comes from a smoke free, pet free environment. This unique Clown teddy bear is so cute and is a wonderfully shelf sized bear ready for display! This will be the perfect gift for a Steiff teddy bear lover. I have 220 different models of Steiff teddy bears, so I will be posting a lot more as I get them photographed and written up.
