The wood and the inside of the metal fittings have been painted gold. There are a couple of small dents to the wood and the bolt holding it to the ceiling fixture is a bit loose. The shade is 31 cm diameter, It has a few small knocks and don’ts which are virtually unnoticeable when it is up. It has three light fittings on the underneath for bayonet bulbs. There are three brass 25 cm long acrobat boys in leotards swinging on the shade. The brass has been polished so it is shiny and it has been cleaned up and rewired for UK.
