Fine and would slow the spring a little. At the moment it works too fast. You can see the pin in the back is in place. Minor wear for a toy from the 1020’s/1930’s. Mickey mouse in bag Maybe a new piece. I checked the printing on the metal. And the printing is a bit different. So not sure if it’s a replacement. Also the eye does go back and forth just fine.
