No tush tags attached. Looks just like the Prestige Bear but unsure of maker. Measures about 14 inches tall (other prestige bears listed have been about 10 or 11 inches). So this cute guy seems to be a little bigger. I provided lots of pictures for description but I would consider the bear good vintage used condition.
