This is an authentic and very, very rare original antique circa photograph of a Circus Sideshow Pinhead known as Gondio and also Godiono. Allegedly from either India or Burma, this man who was afflicted with the medical condition of Microcephally toured as part of several groups: “The Himalayan Family, “Les Himalayas and sometimes appeared beside a very short and equally afflicted female pinhead who they billed as his sister (but was not). A controversial act even in its day, Gondio and his fellow Himalayan pinheads were once depoted by United States officials to a port in Europe. This is an actual photograph that was developed onto postcard stock (a common technique at the time). As can be seen here, the picture is very light. In order to show details, we also present the same image with enhancement. There are some creases, corner bumps and routine staining. But the picture is a true rarity nonetheless.
