Really awesome and rare barn find. Long before the days of helium tanks or even air tanks comes this foot powered bellows carnival/circus/fair balloon inflator. Some of us remember pre-helium balloons at carnivals when your balloon would be inflated and tied to a long stick! Great display / collector’s piece. The bellows does pump air up the brass tube but I’ll be darned if I could figure out how to keep air in the balloon! No splits or holes in the bellows. All else in fantastic 120 year old condition.
