Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Vintage Fernand Leger Lithograph Poster. This is a Wonderful Gay Interest Mid Century Modern Lithograph Poster showing Buff Men at the Circus. It is dated 1953. Is it an original lithograph? Is it a poster? This artwork is Framed. There is a glass front to the frame. This art with the frame weighs 4.8 pounds and measures 24″ wide by 21″ tall by 1 and 1/4 thick. The exposed artwork by itself measures 17″ wide by 13 and 1/2″ tall. This art is in good condition with no rips, tears, or repairs. The back of the frame has tape present. Please view all my photographs for further details. Please note all sales are final. Vtg Antique Oak Frame 1903 Lithograph Lion Tiger Print Metal Cage Circus

As seen in last photos, the prints are copyrighted 1903. I did not want to take out of frame. On one, I can see additional print but cant read what it says. These are dark, quarter sawn oak frames. They measure 10 1/2″ long by 8 1/2″ wide. The stunning prints are of a tiger and lion behind real metal bars and glass. On the back of one is green felt. One has a bit of wood loss to the back side and just over laps to the side if the frame. Truly a stunning find! ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY 16 PANEL CIRCUS POSTER LITHOGRAPH SALESMAN SAMPLER NY RARE

An extremely rare 16 panel chalk manner lithograph by Thomas & Wylie of New York, NY circa early to mid 1890s measuring approximately 26 1/2 x 36 inches. This item was probably a salesman sampler based on its general nature and its portability in the 7 1/8 X 9 3/4 inch hand colored album. African Americans are respectfully represented in this piece as equal patrons. Country Circus was a play by Jefferson, Klaw and Erlanger. Erlanger, began a five weeks’ season on March 28. The prominent features of this play were the circus parade and the performance in the ring, which introduced some of the best riders and gymnasts known to the profession. Some fraying and curling most notably on corner center panels and left edge as pictured with a vertical stable break on upper left 4 panel quadrant as pictured. Period newspaper are stable and have not significantly impacted the piece but could be easily removed by a conservator. Thanks for looking at this rare item. Sellers: Add a FREE map to your listings.
