There are no broken parts, heavy deep impression marks from BB pellets or low cal bullets, surface rust, repaint, most paint chipped off, on reverse circle H. The rooster will not drop on its own, possible the rod holding targets is slightly bent, you can turn the rooster but its a bit hard. I belive this target was manufactured by Hoffmann in the early 1900’s, company was later(1920’s) bought out by HC Evans Co. Weighs 3.1 lbs.
