Up for sale is a beautiful Antique Colorful Circus Seal w/ Tin Ball Tin Toy. This little guy is beyond adorable. He’s 100% completely original with no replacement or missing parts. The colors are extremely bold and vibrant. It’s lithographs are crisp and clean. His friction mechanism works very well when he is pushed along the ground the little knobs under his flippers rotate which make his flippers flap up and down while the ball rotates on top of his nose. Most of these circus seals have a celluloid ball, that is not how this toy is made. This circus seal is 100% tin, no celluloid. His colors are very beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Normally whenever I have seen rare examples of this seal their tail is missing. Mine is 100% complete. The seals tail is articulated and can be moved in different directions. He has a gorgeous vibrant ringmaster coat on complete with bow in the front, stars on the back, and polka dots in the middle. On his right side behind his flipper it is marked JAPAN. I would consider him to have extremely minimal wear consistent with age. He is almost good enough to consider as mint condition. This little guy would be perfect for any circus or animal lover and or any tin toy collector. Please look at the pictures very closely as they are a major part of the description.
