Hannah was billed as weighing 714 pounds, but was probably in the 400’s to maybe 500’s somewhere. She was said to be over six foot tall. The name written on backside of the photo is incorrect and was probably added at a much later date. The photo is in very good vintage condition with only some normal expected age lightness. But it is an attractive image. A highly collectible historic photo. It measures approximately 2 ½ x 4 inches! The photo was posed to look like she was at home rather than in a photo studio. But we have no idea of where it was taken. They were supposedly based on the East Coast. Unfortunately we do not know her professional circus name. The photo is quite unusual. It measures 4 ¼ x 6 ½ inches. The image is light, but clear. There are even some strong contours. 1905 Signed Antique Porcelain Naked Nude Lady Figure Europa Bull Girl Hungary

Offered here for your consideration is an Art Deco Signed Hungarian Porcelain Figurine depicting Europa and the Bull. Breathtaking artwork of a huge bull with four naked woman and a big bouquet of roses. He was a legendary animal sculptor his animal sculptures are in British Museum – Natural History collection London. Several public statues in Budapest and in Buda castle. Read more about the artist in Wikipedia. This figure is in overall excellent condition compared the age, with no chips, cracks in the structure. At the age almost 120 years the glaze started to peel off. Most probably it was stored in a high humidity room, frozen in winters. 3 spots of the lost glaze has been repaired with cover paint: at the tail, the right side of the bull’s neck and the belly of the kneeling lady. One glaze loss spot is not covered yet, at the back of the kneeling lady. All of these spots are photographed on the last 4 photos. Signed on the base, but not dated, I have found the date of creation 1905 in his Wikipedia site at the list of his artworks. Height : 11-1/2 / 29 cms. Length : 11-1/2 / 29 cms.
