A fantastic antique Schoenuts clown. This is Cracker-Jack from the Humpty Dumpty Circus range of toys. Cracker Jack is pitched as the clever clown who can perform 1001 tricks, he comes in his original clothing with a ladder, a chair and a barrel, all made from painted wood. Cracker Jack is made from wood, fully jointed and hand painted. A rare find in the original box and with all original accessories. Marketed as unbreakable wooden figures, the most popular and amusing toy ever invented. Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, some cracking on the paintwork, a few small chips to the paint, clothing has grubby marks overall, box with wear and tear, small chip to the shoe.
