Condition with Most the Original Paint Remaining as seen. #211 on Page 73 in the Moore’s Penny Bank Book… Please inspect the pictures to make your own Determination on Condition. Just Three years later a big fire destroyed the Factory. Fire destroyed it again in 1892. Williams moved the company to Ravenna Ohio. Actual Production Began there in 1893. Williams began to provide traveling salesmen with miniature samples of the company’s. Williams was the largest toy and still bank manufacture in the world. Both Clowns are of High Quality and are in Excellent structural Condition with some of the Original Paint Remaining as seen in photos. They are a pair of almost identical age and appearance, so it would display well together. The particular form of the still bank can be found as #211 on Page 73 in Moore’s Penny Bank Book.
