This poster is an original stone lithograph created in the 1930’s as a generic image to be used by circus troupes to announce their upcoming appearances in local areas. The bottom of the poster would either be printed or hand written with the information as to where and when the troupe would be appearing. It measures 21″ x 31″ and. It has been archivally mounted onto linen to preserve and protect the fragile paper of the poster.
