Antique Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty toy, dated about 1900. Very cute wooden circus clown with 2 part head with beautiful original clothes, lovely original paint. Length approx 8.6. In good used condition for age with minor traces of use, no repairs. All original paint, only few rubs. The clown still has his original ears. Stringing is ok for age, of course not as firm as it was 100 years before, the clown can stand when you pose him carefully. The original clown dress is in good condition with minor age wear, partly slightly brownish, no odours, from non-smoking home. Collector’s item Not suitable for children under 14 years!
